Price includes Thermostat and Hub and install. Daily deal on Amazon. Seems to be best price about as most places are charging more than this just for the kit. You can also get this without the install for £124.99 which is about £50 cheaper than elsewhere.

How come these only seem to offer "with Install" on the version with hot water thermostat? I have a combi boiler so wrong version type - although I assume it's usable still, I wonder if it may give too many options on there that are unavailable for me, eg confusing me with extra options such setting timer for an element of it that doesn't exist
Get a second generation Nest learning thermostat, just central heating

I am equally confused, if not more so. I have a combi-boiler and 2 zones in my house. Literally no idea which Hive I need to get installed.

It says the hub is included too. Cant believe i missed it
Apparently if you sell the entire Hive to a second person, they will not be able to register the hub with their account as it only works with 1, the original user. Ridiculous brand, only to make more money.

Do you have a source for this?

Do you have a source for this?

Yes, my work colleague who actually called Hive and they said that the hub is already registered with another person (the seller) and an account switch is not possible. I cannot believe they actually do this...
