How ?!?
Are there any remote temperature sensors available for this or other similar devices, so that the integral temperature sensor can be overriden? Thanks.
You could probably buy a wireless sensor then use IFTTT to set it to come on when the temperature got to a certain point. I've got mine linked to a weather forecast app and set to come on when the outside temperature gets below 4 degrees C
Can I ask if I got this, my house has a separate upstairs thermostat too. So what else would I need to add??
And do these connect to the wifi?
£150 including install through British gas

What I have to do is move it to a cooler location like a window so i can set my temp lower and yes, it connects via WIFI

£160 OR BETTER IS A GREAT PRICE INSTALLED
PS: mine boiler is behind the fire with a tank in the loft so installation was a must

not sure this exact one would work
Wasn't this posted yesterday for £99 @ Argos?

that was for Hive multi room I'm sure, you'd still need the thermostat, a separate purchase

Yes it was for multi room, will no the able to work on its own.
How do you install one of these
To be honest unless you have a one bedroom flat, I would not go for this.

All it does is turn the boiler on or off to send hot water into your central heating system.

You won't have control of individual room temperatures if you have more than one room in your home.

Better to get a Tado or Evohome system where you can also replace the TRVs on your radiators, so you can control how much heat they output and hence the temperature in every room.

You’ll most likely need hive multi zone with two thermostats and a different receiver. The additional pieces are listed at hivehome.com/pro…rol
