Also you can choose if you go to link, either hot water heating or just heating for combi boiler

Scroll down and gives options for heating and hot water or heating only
Paid 109.99 for this earlier today! Went on Amazon chat all he offered to do was to try and stop the delivery attempt when courier attempts tomorrow.
This was £110 yesterday in the prime deal - so frustrating I ordered yesterday Grrrrrr Amazon!!!!
Why is this getting cold please?
Ordered mine yesterday. Just cancelled it and reordered at lower price. Thanks OP.

Same.
Are there TRV's for Hive that can turn on the boiler on demand?
With heating and hot water is still 138 - 15 student15 code if eligible
Decent price but it has been cheaper. I got it from the hive website for £74 last year
Is it easy to install ??
Hi, hoping someone can clear up my confusion! I have a combi boiler, if I select the Heating Only option and no installation for £99.99, will the hub and receiver also come with the thermostat or do I need to order those separately? Thanks

Yes, you get the hub and receiver.

For £30 extra better to go for fitting. Less hassle and no stress
You will need to spend another £100 if you have dual zones

You get everything you need. If you order with installation, you will get the thermostat only and the engineer will bring hub and receiver. This is what I read yesterday, but can't remember if it was this brand or not.

If you have an existing thermostat, then yes. Even without, I managed just took time and perseverance, but I could do it again much quicker now.

Perhaps it needs new batteries?
Got mine free from British Gas. Signed up, they installed, I cancelled in my cooling off period. They've never charged me either a monthly fee or the cancellation charge (which was supposed to be less than this anyway if I remember correctly). Worth a punt if you need it installed (which I did as my current set up was broken!)
I ordered this yesterday at £109.99 along with a Ring Doorbell Pro. I used student15 to save £15.

Amazon refused to credit me £10 for the lower price, and recommended I cancel the in-transit order and order the WHOLE thing again because, obviously, both items are in one box. They'd cancelled it before I agreed, and when I got to the basket I realised I couldn't use student15 any more so I was actually paying £5 MORE today than I paid yesterday.

They also refused to allow me to use student15, or simply credit the £15 to cover the code.

Customer service today was pathetic. They must have changed something for Prime day because I have never experienced anything like this from them.

Update: They're actually arguing with me. Literally an argument. "Lauren" if you ever read this you should get a different job. This isn't Jeremy Kyle's Facebook.

In stock but not dispatched until next week 25 Jul and I expect I'll be in for a long wait for a bg fitter, but no rush, it's a long hot summer

This comes with a free install by a BG installer not sure why you would even think about switching energy supplier

Same as. And my experience is never let them cancel a already prepared shipping as it becomes a game of back and forth with the carrier. There was a time when a £10 credit used to be quickly applied but it appears no more and not just because of prime day.

I think Amazons strategy was to build an empire on great customer service and then bin it off when they got massive.
A few years ago all I ever read on here was how great amazon had been. Now all I seem to see is how they cant be bothered.
I currently have 2 thermostat in my home one for the lounge and the other for the room upstairs ... can i buy this knowing it has only one thermostat and maybe i can buy an additional thermostat later for the one upstairs. If yes will the old thermostat upstair still work... cheers for the help.

Amazon stopped refunding for price changes quite a while ago. I think that's fair enough seeing as when you buy, you do so with both parties agreeing to a certain price, and everyone knows that online prices are algorithm-driven, so will not stay still for long.

The Amazon customer service remains pretty good imo. Every time I'm unhappy with a product, they refund purchase price and postage.
Off subject but I can't fault Amazon for their customer service every time I have had to contact them.

Sometimes I think we forget the difference between what we're actually legally entitled to and what is outstanding customer service.

There's quite a difference here.

They told me to cancel my existing order and re-order the items again. I did, but then they refused to put my £15 credit onto the new order - so I was now actually paying more than I originally had. I wasn't left in the same position, I was left in a worse position.

Just had an email stating as there was a price drop they are refunding £10

Really? Just spent 20 minutes banging my head against the wall on live chat. Got nowhere. No refund.
Yes was quite surprised. Though I bought at the higher price in the morning and the price dropped later that same day so could be only refunding difference if bought on same day.
