There's a few other £9.99 titles including Argo and Jupiter Ascending, so as already said some bargains if you are just starting your 4K collection, but a lot of the £14.99 titles are included in Zooms 3 for £30 offer.

Nothing to do with uncompetitive pricing then....
Posted nearly 20 minutes ago and no sad old geek telling us that frame 6 of chapter 3 if you watch it on a day ending in y was only filmed in 720 and upscaled in the dark

Theyll be here dont worry
I for one voted hot ive been after Superman for a while

the problem is by the time you have completed your collection.....as many did buying VHS tapes, the format is obsolete and you have wasted money on stuff you will end up taking to the tip as even the charity shop wont want it.
Have some heat from me, cant beat 4k disc, with Atmos.
MisterNippy24/12/2019 12:42

you can just google the plot and endings and save loads of money, plus save hours having to watch them
That is very true, we humans actually waste so much time, even the Hollywood Film makers were thinking about bringing out edited versions of their movies so you can pop along in your lunch hour to watch the film.

Now TV do 4K, DV, Atmos, DTSX etc.....
Justice league is reference quality and me full screen. A good way to show off your system for a tenner
Heat from me pal good deals.
Yep, hot from me for physical 4K collectors. Cold if your TV is only 1080p lol
4k isn’t that great blu ray is just fine ! 4k can be a bit grainy

100% of films shot on film are grainy, it's the grain in the film that does it. I've no idea why people think film grain is an issue?

By the time I have finished my collection and the discs become obsolete, Now TV will probably start streaming in 1080P

Lol...you are 100% spot on! Been there many times from Betamax/vhs/laserdisc/dvd/bluray/4kuhd.......I’ve been collecting for 35 years and I have hardly got my collection together, never mind getting time to sit down and watch a decent movie if they even make them anymore
Now TV
Nonsense comments from some very silly people as always on HUKD!

4K disc at a tenner? Heated.

Repeat after me, the deal is what counts.
Amazon have price matched for anyone intetested
Very good deal for those that build their movie collections. However, I hardly ever have the time to watch a movie more than once so buying to keep wasn't the best option for me. I also love to watch in top audio/video quality so the streaming services are not the best for me either. I found a postal rental service called CinemaParadiso which I have been using flawlessly for almost a year. I'm on their lowest package for just under a tenner a month, they send me the 4k discs by post (1 disc at a time on the lowest package), I watch, send back by free post then get another from my list of movies. If I'm quick enough, I get through 2 discs each week as the post delivery and return is received next day (almost always, Christmas postal delays is a pain). Look it up if interested, I can't recommend it enough if you are in the same boat as me with movies.

Thought they’d closed down years ago! They were big in like 2005 along with Blockbuster video by post, Love Film and Movies365!

Good to hear they’re still trading! 🏽

HMV going bust is nothing do with people buying physical media, it's to do with them not competing with online retailers

disagree, I used to go instore to HMV, OurPrice, Woolworths, Dixons etc. HMV kept their old concept for too long, just like Blockbuster Video did. They refused to move on. People dont go into shops and buy anything now so their concept is outdated. Thats why the High Street has died.

People would still buy from HMV if their prices were the same as online but they're not so eventually they'll go bust again.

Consumers want the cheapest price.

When Woolworths went bust their clearance sale on DVD's was still dearer than you could buy online.
