Link to the list of participating hotels, I imagine they won't have many rooms in each, but worth a try

Will be interesting to see if anyone manages to get a room for this price, especially in some of the more city central locations.
I got 3 rooms last year when they did this

naughty boy
Darn not participating at my usual one
Seems interesting, heat added. Hopefully I can get a room for a trip up north, don't fancy being ripped off at Travelodge or Premier Inn, and after my last HIE experience, very impressive brand.
Heat added. If i can get a room for 28th will knock Southend Travelodge on the head
good find thx...
Nice one booked new years eve last year. See what I can get this time

does this include breakfast?

The Holiday Inn Express brand includes free breakfast. Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza - you would need to add that onto the bill
Are Holiday Inn hotels the same brand as Travelodge? If they are the same then I'm voting COLD as there is a £12 sale on with Travelodge!

Good grief. You clearly have never stayed in a Holiday Inn!! It's the flippin Hilton compared to a Travelodge. You carry on thinking cold and booking your travelodge, leave these rooms for those who would pay an extra £8 gladly to not stay in a travelodge. (And before you assume I'm wealthy, far from it. But I used to use travelodge and now don't bother.) For £20.12 in a Holiday Inn Express you will get a nice room and free breakfast. In a Holiday Inn you will pay £14-21 for 2 adults for breakfast, and kids eat free, you will usually have gym/swimming pool etc, fridge in room. The difference is you feel like an actual person.

Couldn't agree more, I used Travelodge quite a bit not long after they started doing their cheap rooms and they were OK but for a year or two now we stay well away, they're dreadful and if you've ever had the misfortune to have the cooked breakfast in a Travelodge it's something you will NEVER forget for all the wrong reasons. On top of being horrible, horrible quality and service they really aren't that cheap anymore on the whole.

ps. voted hot OP ... good deal!
If you can find a room for the night and location you want, this is a steal. Last year I got a room in Oxford Circus for a night between Christmas and New Year.

If it works the same as last year, persevere on the site; if your chosen hotel doesn't come up straight away, keep checking. The one I wanted was showing no availability till later in the afternoon - then suddenly a room popped up.

Incidentally the Oxford Circus branch was no great shakes. If I'd have paid the usual rates of £100+ I'd have been sorely disappointed! It wasn't much better than a Travelodge at all.
This is a great deal and I would definitely go for this over the travelodge but the travelodge is spanking as well. There are more travelodges and sometimes in better locations than Holiday Inn's. We often take a mini-fridge and have a jaunt up the lakes for about £12.50.

This is a super deal though if you get the Hotel you want!
must remember on 20th, we have to go up north on Boxing Day, no accommodation booked yet - thanks!
hope to get a room for new years eve cheaper than getting a taxi home :-)
thanks...must bookmark 20th
Do you need to belong to the priority club to get this deal?

Well I'm gonna book this deal but if it's not as good as Travelodge then I'm gonna try and get my money back and I'll msg you to complain about your recommendation!!
Good price if you can get it.
Great offer. Sadly none in Liverpool. (and John Lennon Airport is not in Liverpool before you start! Haha)

Get the 86A or 500 into town :P
Great find, I'll probably need to make 4-5 different bookings across the country before 31st Jan. I hope I can get them all confirmed and ready before the booking starts tomorrow night! If so, you'll have saved me a lot of money, benefitted me greatly and earned me a few priority club points. THANK YOU!!!
Holiday inn express has walk in power shower we love it

Have to say I often prefer the express ones. The breakfast isn't huge but it is better than nothing (and better than paying a fortune). Also they usually have free wifi and the rooms aren't bad at all.

The more recently renovated Holiday Inns can be pretty good too, but I do miss having a free breakfast
Anyone any luck finding the promotional rates?
Ok 24 hours too early - think I need to go to bed! lol
