Could do with this in the morning for myself! Heat added.

Never seen this before?! How does it work?

this stuff will break the top piston rings I would not use this on a car, an old tractor prehaps

I'd advise against using this unless completely necessary as engine can become addicted to it. It essentially increases the compression and can increase it so much that it bends the con rods slightly (which lowers compression) so the engine then won't start without it.

So I'd you HAVE to use it, do so sparingly!

These are just mostly ether right? I would have thought it would be the users who are more likely to become addicted rather than the engines.

I suppose it could be seen as the engines becoming dependent, however more often than not I reckon it would just simply be the underlying cause of it not starting in the first place just getting worse, say ignition or fueling, as you would just be using the spray to start the engine rather than tackling the actual cause.

I also am in the camp advising not to use this on petrol engines or even modern diesels. If you had an old DAF lounging around or old cement mixer and the like, then sure. Anything else, as already said there is a chance of some major damage here, though I suspect it would probably be more the AFM/MAF stuffing first along then line before any unscheduled engine dancing.

This all being said, it is a great price and heat from me, just so long as users here wanting to buy any use it for the intended purpose!

Having been a mechanic for 35 years now I would say "DONT USE THIS" if your car does not start then something is wrong get it checked properly, out a bit like giving babies drugs

If your car won't start it needs checking over. We sell this, and it does work if your car is just temperamental and old, but if you have a fairly new car then you need a battery check first and foremost!

My mate is also a mechanic and calls this stuff ''cocaine for cars'', he reckons that once you have given it to your vehicle it will probably never start again without it! oO

Suppose if you drive an old wreck and just want the damn thing to fire up then it's probably worth a punt for a quid.

Great for starting a old tractor in sub zero conditions but agree with above comments- had a old ford4000 tahts was a pig to start in winter
could not start without it after a few years

Not to be sniffed at ! He He

Excellent stuff for starting vehicles that've been stood ages. Had Fordson Majors, Super Major & Muir Hill tractors, stood for six months upto a year sometimes.

"Give 'em a bit of BREAKFAST" as my Dad used to say.

Fire up no probs. On my car though, NEVER!

On a lighter note, how did you get to Asda if your car wouldn't start?
