Been to Homebase today where they were giving away 15% voucher for instore use. This is excellent combining with recent Homebase bargains such as £50 petrol powered Sovereign lawnmower, Keter storage etc.

Hope this helps someone.

My useless homebase failed to pass out this voucher when I showed up today. I'll go back tomorrow and ask at the front desk. Cheers
Didn’t get one at my Homebase today :-(
me neither
Minimum spent?
Can this be used on already discounted items?
Been in there 3 times 2day and not once offered this
Not sure if same but they did vouchers earlier this year. Had to spend over £50 to get voucher and then 15% off a £10 spend.
Even i didn't get nor I saw any such promotion in the nearby store in romford..

Me too but would you need to physically take all the items with you or just the receipt?

But isn’t it like any sale - the item gets reduced on,say,Boxing Day then basically tough ....
Homebase are running an offer from 26/12 ... not their fault you bought a load of stuff on 20-23/12 ...
why should they give You the difference back ??
Terms & Conditions This voucher is valid from Tuesday 26th to Sunday 31st December 2017 only. It can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher or Team Member Discount Card...

Does that mean the 15% off applies to full price items only?
Think you will find that as long as the item hasn’t been ‘locally reduced’ (individual stickers items) almost all items will be included

He can, however, take the items back for a full refund, in this case to his payment card (Or, at the very least, a gift card to equivalent value - but Homebase like most stores except Sports Direct will do full refunds.)

Then he can simply buy the same items again at the reduced price.

Or they can just refund the difference immediately. It's up to them - either way he can get his £50 savings.

I went to Homebase yesterday to pick up some of the amazing deals posted here recently (£50 lawnmower + strimmer, £10 20m hosepipe, £10 crowbar set etc...) but what was most confusing is that half the stuff hadn’t been market down in price as part of the sale... so no idea how we’re gonna work out if stuff will be eligible for this extra 15% off!! 🤪
Works with reduced stuff, used it today

Yes. I asked for a refund and then repurchased the items. Did get a disapproving look but it was ok. Didn’t try getting the difference as I wanted the returns period to restart so I have longer in case I change my mind!
Thanks OP, used it instore today.

I too will also be taking the items back I bought at full price for a refund when I revisit.
Does anyone know if I have to present a physical paper copy of this coupon, or can I just show it on my mobile?

Used, thanks OP. Lad on reception was going to charge full price until I mentioned 15% off. He then scanned a bar code he had at the side of the till. Happy days.

Have some heat. Used the voucher when purchasing a dehumidifier this evening (which is posted for £30 elsewhere), so saved even more! Many thanks.

I don't think Homebase really know what they're doing.

I've seen people mentioning in threads they've shown the voucher on their phone but my local stores have requested a print-out, which they then provided when I said I didn't have one on me.

When I popped back in yesterday for a couple of things (just a couple of quid's worth this time so I wasn't too bothered about the 15%) I mentioned the voucher and the cashier pretended to not know what I was on about, then said it was for family & friends only, then offered me a printed voucher in case I was back in today, all in the space of about 1 minute.
