Found whilst looking at another deal (which had no stock anywhere!).
Tried plenty of different parts of the country on their stock checker, seems to be plenty left. Also the soft grip spray gun can be had for 50p. Good deal if you can get hold of one.

3-layer hosepipe made with high tenacity polyester braided reinforcement for semi-professional use in agriculture as well as in the garden.

  • Anti algae
  • UV resistant
  • Robust
  • Temperature -10°C to +40°C

It really is awful stuff though. After a while you’ll find yourself continually trying to unkink it during use and rolling it up just seems to exacerbate any issues.

IMO better to spend a bit extra an get a higher quality hose.

I've just ordered this.

Do you have any recommendations?

Heat for the spot OP.
I've had one of these hoses for almost 20 years! No major issues with kinks or leaks/splits, as long as you take care of it. Take your time when you roll/unroll it, otherwise it'll likely not last very long. I've only decided to replace it after an unfortunate lawnmower "incident" shortened mine considerably. This is much longer than my original one, and for the price it'll do nicely.

I’ve heard good things about the Karcher and Hoselock hoses, although they are more expensive.

I have a length of the yellow Toolstation reinforced hose that doesn’t seem to have nearly the same issues as the Homebase one (that also appears to be rebranded as various other budget hoses).

I have it on a Karcher reel with Hoselock ends and it continuously kinks where the reel connects to the supply, restricting flow, as well as in general use. It’s sprung two leaks, leading to me having to cut a section away each time.

It’s had a fair bit of use and was probably okay for around a year during infrequent use, although due to issues after that I’d probably go with something else.

Just picked mine up. They've given me a 30m reinforced, kink resistant one. Happy with that.

Cheers OP.
