Had mine over a year, sat an adult, pregnant lady, toddler and occasionally a 30kg lab all at once with no issues.
Ordered this before the price change over a week ago. Still heard nothing from Homebase about when we can expect delivery, also getting in contact with them is impossible. So if you’re desperate for one I’d look elsewhere

Was it not a named delivery day?
Says not available for delivery. Might just be my area though?
Initially states available for named day delivery, only when I go to checkout it then changes to not available
Bought this the other day with named day delivery. Was meant to be arriving tomorrow, but received email yesterday saying 1-2 day delay and will get phone call 24hours before delivery.

I placed 2 online orders 2 weeks ago. It said they were expierancing a 2-3 day delay in orders being delivered so under the circumstances I thought okay....but that's getting a little bit old now....not even an email, text...nothing.
Bought mine last week , it came a few days ago, I can’t get hold of anyone as the 20% wasn’t taken off and I’m still waiting for another two items x
Looks like this is now not available full stop. Was exactly what I needed too, shame

Went onto Twitter lots of unhappy customers apparently not answering emails or direct message people from over 5 weeks away. Looks like I will be contacting my cc for a refund and look else where. Hope yours arrive

I received my sofa on 9th April. Ordered on the 3rd. Maybe different delivery times based on location? I'm in London.
Sofa seems fine to me - though never had one before and it fits perfectly in the corner of my garden I had in mind. Was mulling over whether to go for the Aldi one or this but liked the idea of having a small table instead of the extra foot stool.

same here i ordered this sofa on the 26th but i did get a call last week form my local homebase store telling me they was loading it on the van and was going delivery, but unfortunately i had to go to work so they couldn't deliver! i dont know when it will be delvered now though... when i asked them they just said they will leave a note and didn't know when it will be delivered.

Can you advise what colour you actually received? Was the rattan a sold dark grey colour or was it the lighter striped colour? They seemed to advertise two finishes online but just stated it was grey.. thanks

Sorry for the late reply - just saw your question. It's more like a solid grey colour but it's not dark. I'd say it's more like the one in the 3rd picture with the man sitting on the sofa that's on the homebase product page. Hopefully you've got yours by now.

We are sorry we sold you something that we did not have in stock

We are sorry we kept sending you emails with incorrect info such as, your order has been shipped, when it hasn't and then another email to say we are awaiting stock

We are sorry that when we did finally fulfil your order, it was a week after you requested a refund and month after you originally placed the order

And we are sorry that we have not refunded you or acknowledge you refund request 3 weeks after you asked for it
