4.6 out of 5 overall. I have ordered one, thanks for posting.

Why do people like you always try to jump in with a smart comment and cold? Wrong again and seriously if you are using this site then should easily be able to see 50% off banner.

I bought this a while back but returned it as I didn't realise how small the tank was, be aware its really tiny ! .
Got one with a 5 litre tank instead.

Strange no free click and collect at Argos
Already have an Ebac but this will do for somewhere else.

Made no difference to my son who has hay fever and dust allergy.

I've had this for over 18 months now and it hasn't skipped a beat throughout the two winters.

It's great for drying clothes where you may not have great access to ventilation or a radiator.

On a winters day you can expect to empty the tank twice, but it stops automatically when full and is a bargain for this price. Think I paid nearly £80.

Just grabbed a 16l one, thank you!

These are not air purifiers so will not help. However mould is a big cause for asthma so reducing moisture can only help. Incidentally I suffer with severe asthma have tried air purifiers and found them useless.

Just the one 'on/off' button. It stops itself automatically when the tank is nearly full.

If you need to use below about 15C then you'll need a dessicant type. Compressor types won't extract any water below that temperature.

Update for anyone interested. It is very noisy 62db actually and gives of strong odour so think I will be returning it. Cant tell how effective it is yet.

Very impressed with it, but auto off feature isn't working on mine.

Mine is quite quiet and collected so much water when I first started using it. Still collects water, I have it on all the time for now.

Did anyone else buy the 16L version? I've lost my manual, and want to check the P1 error code that's just turned up.
