I usually pay over £1 for this chilli in Asda, its really tasty actually especially if you add a little spices + sugar then top off with some sour cream.

I realise some people may be put of by the fact that it is in a tin but really how is that worse than a jar?

Mmmmmmm I love this stuff on jacket potatoes with grated cheese on top.

Tinned chilli?

It's tinned chilli sauce, not tinned chilli. As I said, how is a tin any different to a jar?

I'm puzzled why you think that, it doesn't make the slightest difference - other than you need to have a tin-opener!

P/s - Is it a ring pull tin :whistling:

its been that price for about 3 wks and most of the homepride ones are too, think there was sweet and sour and some white wine chicken one aswell...

voted hot.

Heat from me. Will pick up some tomorrow, it taste great with sour cream Mmmmmmm. tomorrows tea sorted!!

That has got to be nearly as lazy as ready made mash. Fry some mince, add some chopped toms, kidney beans onions, salt and chilli and cook for as long as you can be bothered.
Still, seems liek a good price if you can't be arsed with cooking properly

It's a sauce, you have to fry the mince and you add this sauce.

That was either a joke or just a stupid comment - I suspect the former!

Your recipe is OK, but I feel it lacks that certain je-ne-sais-quoi, that essential fresh-outta-the-can experience.
