Found 16th Feb
Honda Jazz Hatchback 1.3 I-VTEC EX 5dr
RRP Price £18,215
£138.05 x 23 = £3174
Initial Payment £414.15
Total £3588
8000 miles per year.

Cost of RRP over two years.
19.7%
£3588 / £18215 * 100 = 16.698

For lease over two years, anything less than 25% is good. Less than 20% should be considered excellent.
Through Honda Bolton so no admin fees.
Community Updates
Correct RRP for this car is £17,115 as this is the manual version, not the CVT version which OP originally quoted. Therefore, the lease comes in at 20.96% of RRP (even though you can actually get this car for £13,521).

Only OAP’s drive the Honda Jazz, heat for the deal though

With age comes wisdom...

To be fair, this one looks a lot 'Jazzier' than older models, and I'm sure will appeal to a wider demographic.

Don't know why they fitted a 6 speed gearbox, all the old duffers driving them never get out of 3rd even on the motorway
Not just for old people. Also for sensible people who don't see any value in throwing away £6,000 a year leasing more expensive cars.

fyi, this is basically the top of the range EX model according to the OP, so this should have all the bells and whistles!
Cue comment from ezzer72 saying this is a great deal because it's not a VW

Don't think they've ever been £10k, even first gen!

EDIT:- I stand humbled and corrected, although with this model it would be at the higher end of the original prices 33276719-Pq9za.jpg

What would the HDMI socket be used for ? Never seen one on a car before ?
Says initial payment is £739.68. Can you let me know where it says £414 initial payment. Thanks

That sounds like the 6 months advance payment option - around £123 per month?

No idea why... the usual point of those types of cars is for accessibility for creaky bodies - I am disabled and need a high seat position for getting in and out as well as driving, the Jazz is listed as having just that, but when I tried it it's not much higher than any ordinary small hatchback, and was hopelessly uncomfortable too!
Nice
overpriced car , also i assume that road tax is included, doesn't say in the link though?

IIRC tax is included, lease companies used to send you the disc's

Does the below link work for you mate? It should be listed on the page. But only shows on my mobile if I select show desktop page.

3 months ir

Basically more months you pay upfront you pay less per month. Should be same overall costs.
Just to put this in perspective I paid about £5k over two years for a fiesta st 3 10k pa which has the same RRP. Fair enough tax would have been more on the st. But still £1500 more than this for same RRP.

Not an OAP and own (and drive) a Jazz.
the rrp is just that- RRp, you can get this same EX Spec through carwow for circa 13.6k!
These still have the magic seats

Would seriously considered this deal for the missus had it appeared 5 months earlier!
Looks more like a civic than a civic now.
Do you have to pay an insurance when you lease?

Nope, they even pay for fuel and a free car wash every weekend.

All jokes aside, yes you do need to pay insurance. And fuel. And the car wash, although that is free if you do it yourself

I have to second that.

Was not impressed with getting in and out of the car for a creaking, wrinklie, old duffer. So much so i crossed it off the potential list straight away.

That may be why some good deals will be coming on the Jazz soon...they have not looked after their base customer.
Very good cars

A Japanese car uncomfortable? No! Never!

Haha
This is called value for money... And some companies charge £1000 for phone.. 💰
There are leases that cover everything but fuel, usually via your employer using the benefit in kind tax scheme.

It was an interim use item before Apple and Android car systems as far as I remember. You could mimic your mobiles screen, until you started driving off!
Leasing cars is great until you hand the car back, sign it over with no damage and then you get an invoice couple of weeks later for all the imaginary damage that they have found. Learnt that the hard way. Never again.

Top speed seems to be 20mph
Superb deal.
Is there an automatic model available?
