think this is wireless system.
for hard wire think you have to get someone who knows what he is doing to replace it,that is if you want to keep thard wired system by buying another one.
on the other hand i see why you cant install this in its place by removing old one.
Does anyone know if the key fob is a press button from a distance one or one that needs to be placed on the control keypad to arm/disarm?
system is ok for a garage, out house or shed but wouldn't use it in my house . just some cheap Chinese brand badged up with honeywell.
Can anyone recommend a decent wired alarm for a 3 bed house? Having a rewire so think wired may be best option?
I'd have a wired system any day over a wireless system. very little to go wrong. even Yale wireless are a mess on with pir going flat and not getting picked up. we had a wired system fitted to an older house and there isn't one wire on show. you get what you pay for.
lol Yale... wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. wireless is fine nowadays, much better then used to be and more convenient for installs

4 wireless im looking at Risco lightsys2 or there Agility3 or Pyronix Enforcer
I've installed a Yale wireless at my parents and is working perfectly at the moment.

Can't decide what to get for my home
Though. Even looked into the Samsung smartthings.

i have similar looking alarm installed. problems I am having with keypads key sticking and not making contact with board. had it replaced once with 'Eurosec' one after few months same issue. so this time I am trying to find touch pad keypad. can't find any at the moment.
there are some nice looking wireless touch pad alarm s on eBay but I wouldn't trust Chinese make.
Just about everything is made in China...the very good... and the very very bad
Finding out which is which... is the problem of the day
does anyone have this alarm and is it any good, i don't need an expensive alarm just something to put the kids of not these professional mission impossible burglars basically is this better then the yale alarm systems
