Honor 5x didn't seem to bad, build quality looks good with finger print reader.

Decent price for UK supplied phone(with warranty) though I'd still take the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 or 4.

has anyone got one and would like to share their experience of it?

Not got the 5x, but I do have an Honor 7 - it's a nice phone, and I like it.

A lot of people don't like the interface, as it's a hybrid between Android and iOS in feel, but I've never had a problem with it. The biggest problem in my opinion, is that the handset is a year old, and has been replaced by the 5c in the slightly cheaper end, and the 6x. There was a new 6c announced this week as well.

Yes - it's superb. Very happy with mine after almost a year. Battery life is amazing with the built-in app zapper for rogue apps which drain battery. Fingerprint scanner is fast for almost instant unlocking (and supported by Google Play store for app purchases). EMUI launcher is not the best, but not as bad as people make out.

Actually, the only minor downside is the Dual SIM cannot be 3G/4G in both slots (like a Moto G4?). One has to be 2G only. But at least you can have a MicroSD card in the tray at the same time, which a lot of newer phones can't do.

thanks for all the info peeps. think ill have to purchase one for the wife.

If this is running Android 6, this is definitely hot. If its running 5.1.1, I'd stay well clear as its never going to get updated.

Most likely the 2gb ram model think the 3gb ram was only released in china.
