That is a quad core and this is an octocore will it make a difference?

Apart from that, this CPU is a Qualcomm Snapdragon (vs poorer Mediatek), has an aluminium body (vs plastic) & the newer Android 7 Nougat OS (vs Android 6). In short, I'd definitely go for this for only £10 more.

The Huawei Y6 2017 was working out £70 a few weeks ago - similar specs - So this isnt really a great deal imo

Not really. Unlikely to notice much difference

At least this has Nougat Android 7 rather than Marshmallow Android 6

But the specs and mainly battery size are pretty similar
