Perhaps not a problem for smaller Asian fingers but a problem for me with my bigger hands.

Settings , advanced settings, accessibility, then turn off "power button ends call" magic. Even with whatever hands or phalanges that you own.

Was looking at some phones on gearbest but returns warranty delivery time & possible tax charges put me off..

Gearbest is a different model and doesn't have NFC. Unsure if there are any other difference

Probably also comes with free malware. If it ever comes at all.

I bought this for my parents in July at same price when it was on sale in Argos. Its a good phone overall. But one thing i'd say is the speaker volume is not very loud compared to other smartphones. My mum already has partial hearing problems so sometimes she mishears the conversation. First android phones in the family so even im not familiar with all the features.

I just got sent a phone from Gearbest that was already locked to someone elses Mi account. Have had to send it back to their UK return centre and now probably wait another 3 weeks for delivery. They are ok if things go smoothly - apart from waiting weeks for delivery. But if things go wrong a replacement will be sent from HK.

I'll believe it when I see it. Just after launch they said it'd get the updated EMUI in March, then May...then they went quiet. My Mum has one and it's still on the April 2017 Android security update.

I have an Honor 8 Pro myself and it's a good phone, but it too is lagging behind with updates and security patches so I won't buy another Honor phone again.

No it isn't. A nonsense statement would be something like "That's just a complete nonsense statement.".

They've got better. My Honor 8 gets quarterly updates, which is more than I can say for the last HTC product I had.

I have had a number of issues with this phone with network signal etc I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it

shhhh keep quiet you, clearly this site is mostly funded by Gearbest deals, promotions and the like. Without their financial assistance they'd have to rely on UK, staff employing, tax paying companies to get their affiliate payments.

I've had this phone for about 6 months and I've never had this problem. And I haven't got smaller "asian fingers"

This has been a great phone for me, especially for the money.

You are literally wrong. The statement makes sense, there's nothing grammatically wrong with it. You, and your likers, possibly mean "I disagree with that statement". If so, it would help to know the reason why, if any.

We have our reasons. We formed a little online chat community and discussed it at length but, after a vote, we decided not to tell you just because it appears to be really annoying you.

Also worth mentioning this one doesn't work with some Fitbits, certainly not the Alta HR anyway.

Only problem I had is 2 micro sd cards went corrupted. Wether was type memory card or phone I don't know.

I'm always doing backups now.

My other half has never had a problem with the on/off button it may be something to do with how people hold it who knows ?

What do you have as hands, flippers? There's a big enough gap for people with big hands (myself included) to use comfortably.

I have man-sized hands - good old fashioned British manly masculine hands. Perhaps you only think that you have big hands?

Some of my text got deleted. After the word Chinese insert "Xiaomi Redme Note 4X" and the YouTube link disappeared too - it is

you constantly rubbish gearbest but you saw fit to order the xiaomi vacuum cleaner from, guess where... gearbest (shock horror), and for £200+.

hypocrisy of the highest order lol

Plus a tenner voucher for spending over £100?

Wasn't the RRP of this $249 at launch? So 10 months later the UK is still paying more now than at launch in the US.

This or the Vodafone Smart V8 @ £165

Have some heat. I got this a 6x for the missus earlier this year when it was around the same price. Cracking phone and she's had zero issues with it. Fast, good screen and a decent camera too. A no brainer at this price point.

Same here, I got this from Argos several months ago at the same price when it was on sale, great phone and I really enjoy using it after my then ancient Nexus 4, but STILL no Android 7 or EMUI 5. Ive contacted Customer Services and they just say you will get an update OTA (over the air) when its available, in spite of the rest of Europe having had the update months ago for the 6X. One even did a check and said I am on the latest version available for my phone, which sucks.

Otherwise really happy with it.

My P9 Lite has only just received the Nougat update after waiting nearly a year. My sisters P9 their flagship phone for last year is still waiting for the official nougat update. They are slowly than they used to be with updates.

Bought the Mrs one of these and we did a little test of the speakers vs my One Plus 3. The mid range on the 6X was better than the OP3 but bass was lacking. OP3 could also go a bit louder. Wouldn't call the 6X a bad speaker, more a case of OP3 have a great speaker.
