Is this a dual sim?

Yes it's dual SIM or one SIM and micro SD card.
P10 lite Sim Free from Carphone Warehouse for £179, faster processor and 4gb RAM. Currently on Nov 17 security patch and all indications are that it will get Oreo.

Edit: that was just a quick search, you can probably get it cheaper as well.

Great phone for the money. 3gb ram really helps with running multiple applications. Dual camera gives great shots too.

For those on Three this is a good deal as it will work with their 4G super voice service (VoLTE) whereas all Android phones not purchased from Three will not work with this. (All iPhones will work no matter where bought from.)

This gives far better coverage than phones that don't support their 4G voice service.
Got this phone for my 14 year old son for his birthday last month and he's very happy with it.

Thanks for the info.

are there any phones that would take 2x sim + 1x sd memory card? So 3x things in total at once?

Fab phone I've had one for about 6 months.

Look at Cubot X18 or some other Cubot model. They typically support dual sim + micro SD card.
in the same league as Honor except for the camera imo.
Used two Cubot phones over last 4 years, pleased so far.
Cheers OP have been looking for a new phone for a while. Purchased!
Great phone. Had one since release.
Already been posted a bit ago, been this price for about a month.but that thread was expired

I'm still deciding if to grab one or not,or go for the P10 lite.
Be warned that this phone hasn't had any Android security updates since April 2017, and it's still running the old and rather awkward version of the EMUI interface. Honor say updates are due soon, but they've also been saying that since it launched.

Actually there is a official update to the EMUI 5 and Nougat on Honor 6X, but I think not in UK (or Three?) yet, anyway you can update manually, you can find many tutorials on youtube.

I think an honorary phone did have 3 slots. I wanna say the 5x.....but worth looking at older ones.

It's not typical here but Chinese phones can have 3. I think they tend to have voice sum, then data Sims, the micro SD. But even hen it's rare.

Fair enough, but it's not available to SIM-free devices yet and most people aren't going to be comfortable with updating manually.

Point is, Honor are terrible when it comes to ongoing software support for their devices. I have an 8 Pro myself and it's still on July's Android security update.

Given its specs it's a great deal. I'm sorry if £100 is a lot of money for you.

Its all relative... £159 to £259 is roughly a 60% increase in price. Big jump.

If it was concerning a £600 phone up to a £700 phone then maybe ‘only £100 extra’ would sound like a more reasonable statement.

£259 is still not much for a phone, and it has specs that are definitely worth the extra cash.

For me £259 is too much for a phone as you can get something descent for around £100...I just got the Honor 6x to avoid deal with chinese sites otherwise I should go for a Xiaomi.
What's the Nokia 6 like compared, I saw it in cpw today at 169. May change my redmi note 4 pro

Acer e700 is good choice for tri sim
For all those asking/recommending a 2 SIM + 1 Micro SD (3 in total) solution?.

You can also try this BLADE Phone from the 3 (Three) Network, and at around £130 (UNLOCKED), + £10 Top-Up too.

So is also cheaper than all the above mentioned 'options' - with the exception of the Chinese Xiaomi of course?. :-)

And that BLADE Phone too will allow you to have your multi-SIM's + Micro SD Card 'fix' to your heart's content ... lol. :-D

Based on what? I've just watched 5 YouTube videos and the p10 lite doesn't keep up at all with an s7 edge. Let alone an s6. Bogus comment.

Or you can get a dual SIM micro SD adapter.. it will stick out of the phone but can go behind a case

£100 is a £100. It's a lot of money in the context of buying most things, except maybe a house? And even then I'm sure people fuss over £100!

Three are a horrible horrible network expensive and the signal is very poor even in citys. You will struggle to get 4g. I'd avoid them at all costs. Much better to stick with Tesco or Giffgaff for the network.
I would say it would probably be best going for a p8 or P10 lite or the honor 8 at £200 instead of this as the 6x is now quite old and having had honor phones for the last 2 years I can confirm the software updates are rare.
On a £20 a month unlimited data contract with 3 happy with that, what other networks are cheaper?

Great story, but what's Super Voice?

Yes it's dual SIM or one SIM and micro SD card.

One of the card slots is for 4G/3G/2G, the other is only 2G/Micro SD. Not as dual sim as my One Plus 3 which is 4G/3G/2G on both slots.

Bought the 6X for the Mrs 6 months ago and its been excellent throughout. Would say the camera is better than my OP3, particularly in low light.

If you are after dual sim or a great camera go for this. Go for the P10 for better performance and more RAM.
