Decent deal here, end result is you're around £30 up!

Stick to the redemption of £396, and you can have an honor 8s for 50p Per month, or £12 over the term, plus £40 Topcashback, meaning you are actually up £30.

Will they honour this Honor deal?

If they don't honor this honor deal, then mobile phones direct will have no honor in my eye honormore anymore
Lol@mrswitch.

One bit of help I was looking for in regards to mpd - my applications seem to be rejected due to address issues matching their system (flat positions how it appears worded) - I was told to contact my bank which I did and apparently my address was updated yet my application is still rejected?!! Any ideas?? Appreciate the help in advance.

O2 are a bit funny with addresses sometimes. I’d check what address they would have for you cause sometimes the flat no, town or city can be different
This or the honor 10?

thanks guys though apparently mpd do an identity check prior to a credit check which is rejected - my credit is fine and should not be a problem . apparently a known issue with mpd with addressed in Glasgow and Edinburgh - ah well i was only going for this for Disney+ . Already have two contracts on the go so might just wait and see what offers come about after o2 lose the exclusivity with Disney.
Don't forget all O2 price plans will increase in price on 1st April, so this price will go up for the remainder of the contract. Still a good deal, but something to bear in mind.

Good point... Interesting how such a good deal comes a week before the 1st of April price increase

Excellent deal.
But whats your view in getting a 24 months cashback deal knowing that we might go into recession soon? Cause if MPD goes burst then o2 ain't going to honour the cashback deal
MPD are part of AO.com, so while any company could go in a recession/depression, them or mobiles.co.uk (part of DCP) would be my choice. It is wise to not take it on if you couldn't afford the full cost without cashback.
£0.50 monthly deal no more? Can't see it, lowest one is £4.50pm

Tbh, it wouldn't bother me currently.
Can't believe this isn't 1000+++

I like supermarket deals, but this is WAY hotter than most supermarket deals (if they even exist now). MrSwitch = legend.
PS I think the difference is mainly screen size, but personally looking at the Y6 2019 (same deal).

Thanks, I thought it was a cracker, but most of the time my good deals seem to go under the radar unless hukd let them fly. Cheers again

Thanks

Saw a ticker on the site at the weekend - deals end tomorrow (Tuesday) - possibly suggests not.
Got a P30 lite 30GB for £9.50/mth after cashback (before TCB), then went back to get a Y6 1GB for 50p/mth, but alas offers all pulled.

Still kicking myself for missing this! Only available on a doro candy bar phone now - probably worth £50 less than the Y6/8S!

Think of the positives - The o2 price increase came in on 1st April. Those who signed up to these deals will have their before cashback price increased in line with RPI on 1st April. So those on a £20.00 per month plan will be paying £20.54 from yesterday. So over the 24 months they are now having to pay an additional £12.96 (which you won't have to pay if you sign up now) (If that makes sense). You also get yourself a snazzy Doro phone

Well actually, the one I did get on Tuesday has a contract start date of 1st April, so no increase I hope.
