Cheapest I've seen it outright for this well reviewed fitness tracker, just what's required to burn off all that chocolate and turkey you ate over Xmas

The heart rate monitor also switches to an invisible light while you sleep, preventing night light interference while also featuring a heart rate alert which vibrates and flashes to alert users when their real-time heart rate exceeds the pre-set limits.

Band 5 features accurate SpO2 Blood Oxygen sensor to monitor blood oxygen levels during and after exercise, to make sure that enough oxygen is flowing to your muscles. The latest HUAWEI TruSeen 3.0 heart rate technology combined with AI smart heart rate algorithm, provides more accurate, 24-hour real-time continuous heart rate monitoring

Got my son this for Christmas. He loves it battery is about a week or so with his usage. Good choice of watch faces to download from app. Have some heat
Might as well pick up a mi band 4 for £20 quid
Cheers thankyou happy new year
Nearly bought it then read the description, I’m already a hypochondriac so better not, I’ll believe everything it tells me ha ha!!

Great price though
I've had the Honour Band 4 for about 4-6 months and I absolutely love it. To be honest, I mainly just use the sleep and step functions, but it has really helped me in making sure I get enough rest and on days I work from home or don't make it to the gym that I've at least got a decent amount of steps in. The vibration alert to let you know you've been sitting too long and the vibration alert when you get a phone call and have your phone on silent is useful too.

Thanks for the heat, and I'm glad he's pleased
Cheers. Heat added. Similar kind of price in Ryman as well.

I think this is better than the mi band imo. Better quality finish on design.
Purchased for 30 during black Friday sale. Gives you step counts, heart rate, spo2, sleep analysis and workout. Doesn't have GPS. Out of the box the battery life on one charge is about a week with continuous hear rate monitoring. You can choose the apps to send notifications to your fitness band. Huawei health app that you have to install on your Phone for in depth fitness data is a bit buggy though. You have to create huawei account and install another huawei app for health app to work. Overall a good 4 out of 5 for the price point.
Do you have to set up Huawei account just to synch with phone? Or can you just get basic app for basic functions?
Does anyone have discrepancies in the sleep data when syncing? Band says 7 hours but app says 1 hour nap. Synced manually too. Don't like to leave phone Bluetooth and location on all of the time...

Do you have any problems with sleep data not syncing properly? Says 7 hours on the band but 1 on the app. Or do you leave it constantly connected to your phone?

It doesn't seem to connect unless Bluetooth & location are on. I just sync when I want the data transferred.

Nope. You don't have to keep the band connected to your phone. Just use the band and sync once a day or so. Syncing sleep data takes some time though.

I have had no discrepancies in data sync. Yes you need to enable both Bluetooth and location to connect. I only sync once a day and no need to keep it connected all the time.
The app definitely needs improvement!
Good this recently as an upgrade over a Mi Band 2. I think it's great. It has so much more functionality. Battery doesn't last anywhere near as long but I have all the real time sensing on so hardly surprising. Hot.
Still £27.99 at Ryman: ryman.co.uk/hon…ker

John Lewis also matched for me, so you get 2 years warranty instead.
UK seller?
Sorry i meant Gabooorr's post above.
Prefer my 5 to the previous 4 just because of the better watch face choices.
Against that the battery stamina is definitely inferior to previous models.
Does this do bm breathing tracking like the Huawei band?
Found it cheaper on Amazon and other sites just via a Google search

Could You tell me, what another app I need to install?
Huawei Mobile Services

Huawei Mobile Services

Ok, thanks. But I have iOs, and can't downolad this app(only android):( Maybe different idea?
Bought 2 recently from Rymans. What I've found so far is that it doesn't always respond to the flick of the wrist to wake it up and the step counter is very inaccurate. I like the notifications as it saves searching in my bag every time for the phone. The Heart rate and the 02 level are accurate having been compared to my Omron machine. Very comfortable on the wrist but don't know how durable the silicone band will be.

Idea: It's a rotate rather than flick, but have you checked to see if it's the feature that DISABLES that for some of the day?

There's a really neat option that you can set hours of the day when it should NOT respond to rotated wrist - eg when you're in bed and want darkness - not sure if it's defaulted on or not.
would you guys recommend this or the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 ??

I just phoned Huawei and it seems there's a technical glitch with it right now for the whole of Europe! Hopefully we'll be sorted soon.

The Xiaomi has much better battery life but this is more accurate for step count and gives more sleep data.

Really useful post as I have noticed today that the sleep is telling me I have 'napped' only whereas previously I had the full picture of light, deep and REM timings. Thought something wasn't right. Thank you

I can make no comment about the Xiaomi but the step counter is way out on my Huawei band 5.
