At this price, it might be this.

This lady wont be there, that's for sure

I went to the one in Bristol. Based on the quality there it looked like they gave her a job!!

We went into Hooters Las Vegas for a look when we went last year. Stayed at the MGM Grand and Hooters is basically at the end of the main driveway to MGM and across the strip.

The hotel is nothing special of course but you don't spend much time in them anyway (although it is nice if you have a decent pool at your hotel, not sure if Hooters has one but check their website).

Location-wise it's ideal though.

voted hot because of hooters... do you know if this place is family friendly

Hotel is one of the poorest on the strip, very old. I was high as a kite on vicodin after breaking my kneecap so it didn't bother me anyway. It's also a bit of a mission being at the very end of the Strip, but i probably only noticed this being in a wheelchair!

Our room had a nice view of the runway at vegas airport. Price was ok, and this is mega cheap so still a good deal! Oh and most of the girls were hot!

The $100 free is not a deal, is crap. They have a small area of 'special' machines which are the only ones it can be used on, and they're awful.

Homedogs,

I've stayed here a few times. Its one of the cheapest places to stay. I will now talk you through pros and cons.

Pros
Cheap Cheap Cheap
Hot Cocktail Waitresses, Dealers
Low stake gambling
Great Pool Area
Half Decent location, just off the strip near tropicana and MGM
Did I mention hot hooters girls?
I ended up getting $50 free just by earning points whilst gambling, didnt get close to that anywhere else.

Cons
Hit and miss with the rooms, had a nice pool view rooms with great decor then 2nd time had a dingy dark room with no hot water!
resort fee not included, and I think they take a $200 deposit for incidentals/
the $100 free play is only for promotional slots which you either win jackpot or nothing (99.99999% nothing)
Small casino (which can be a pro depending on what you are after)

The $20 rate here is quite standard for this hotel, so not really a hot deal, luke warm.

I would definitely stay here if I was in Vegas on a budget/

Not sure on hotel quality but like others have said it's over the road from the MGM which is a bit pricier and excalibur as well as having the Mandalay Bay and Luxor close too not a bad deal if you're going on the cheap.

$1.50 bud and bud light! yeah buddy! We stayed at MGM but went to hooters early for drinks as its cheap and then you can move onto others places!

Hooters is nice to have a little walk around but not very nice tbh, like others say one of the worst on the strip but an upgrade from circus circus thats horrible but better location.

if your going vegas then pay abit extra, mirage was lovely but treasure island, monte carlo or planet hollywood or reasonably priced and excellent locations.

And strange as you may think it, Hooters IS family friendly. Every time I have been to one in the states there has always been a kids party in the restaurant. Worth going there for the wings alone, oh....and the other birds of course. Good for cheap beer deals too.

bottles of beer are $1:50 each, pretty good for vegas. although you have to tip (god i hate that). pool was pretty good, if its the same deal i got u get a couple of free drink tokens, which we used for cocktails by the pool. loads of sports teams douchébags there, not as much trim as you'd expect. the $100 slot play is pointless. i didnt get charged the resort fee. parking is free. wifi is..... i think $30 for 2 days i think we paid.

it's alright, i probably would go there again, but if u book in advance the strip can be real cheap

Not sure how nice you need a room really, you should be sleeping in it only. Sounds a decent price for a hotel on the strip. Might be a bit male orientated in the hotel though as i don't imagine it attracts many female guests

Banned

This place is an absolute hole, and not on the Strip itself.

BUT it's a good price for Vegas.

I've stayed there a couple of times, it's fine for what it is. Try and get a Tower room if possible , as the bungalows are a bit ropey. What do you really expect for $20! It's 5 min walk to MGM/Excalibur/New York New York. Monorail goes from MGM to other end of the strip. The other advantage is you don't have to spend 10 mins or so walking through the casino to get to your room.

Agree with the comment above, It's Vegas, you just need somewhere to sleep, and chances are you won't remember most of it anyway!

Excellent points.
I was at the Golden Coral which was great, with my wife.
Not even slightly interested in gambling, personally, either !
An experience. Went past one off-licence/souvenier shop, and their was aan enormous skip loaded with empty beer bottle. there were huge - and I mean HUGE - cockroaches all around every puddle of booze.
Makes me sick just to remember.

There are several other hotels on the strip you can get for the same price, all of which I would advise over this. When you consider the resort fee it's not so good.

I stayed there in 2007 (along with Treasure Island further up the Strip), my friends actually preferred Hooters as it was a lot smaller and friendlier. Pool was nice, and free drinks whilst gambing (although a $1 tip per drink is the norm for waitresses).

Its nice enough and compared to the big multinationals its a pleasant change.

stayed there for 2 nights in september great location great price basic rooms excellent value for money

Great little place for under £15 a night.
The rooms aren't that special, about the same standard as travel-lodge etc. in a surfer style theme. Was there on a group holiday, but saw lots of couples and families there. The casino is small - but that was a plus for us - i.e didn't take 45 minutes to walk across and wasted time trying to meet up with people!

The American College types also love it though - and got on our nerves a bit, so if you're only going to be there for 2 or 3 nights (i.e as part of a driving holiday) would recommend, but appreciate comments by others that maybe worth splashing out a bit more for somewhere central on the strip, with a better pool.

didnt notice on travelzoo anything about the 100 dollars of chips for the slots do they give them to anyone on arrival or is it somewhere special some code
