With great storage solutions, this Hoover fridge freezer is a brilliant choice. Frost free technology means cool air is circulated through the appliance, preventing the build-up of ice – you won’t have to spend time manually defrosting. A special stay-fresh compartment is perfect for meat and fish as it maintains a temperature of 0° - ideal for keeping bacteria at bay and keeping food extra fresh. With enough space for 16 shopping bags of food, it’s ideal for a large household

Just bought this a few weeks ago.
Took a loooong time for the fridge and the freezer to get up to temperature, had to really lower the temps to get it to kick in.

Also it makes a lovely gently 'mooing' noise (google it, it's a thing lol) along with the normal, pretty much continual motor noise.

Fridge is massive and the freezer is pretty small (it is a 70/30 after all).
Watch the clearance at the back as the fan is at the top and will either scratch any wall it gets to close to or it will not have enough clearance - use the spacers.

The POS stickers that are on the doors seem to be glued on with bostik, so have fun getting that off the door :-)

Lastly it's natural standing position is quite drastically leaning backwards (at the limit of the front adjustable feet) so this doesn't look that great.

It's pretty cheap though.

Thanks for the comments have been thinking about buying it.
Importantly are you happy with your purchase :P or would you not have bought this fridge?

Looking at this myself - the web site says " Stainless Steel Look" others say " Stainless Steel"

Is the outside simply a silver coloured plastic (like our current one) or real metal?

Many thanks.
