And of course the proof

worst £195 u have ever spent did u wonder why it was cheap ???????

Hotpoint's 5 year parts warranty is disgraceful - mega expensive call out charges mean its cheaper to get a local repair man out instead.

Having an issue with a Hotpoint machine currently, where the replacement part costs a tenner, local repairman will do the job for £65, hotpoint want more than that just to send out their own guy.

If Hoover's is on a par with this I'd be careful to read the warranty details carefully.

Why does it say 'non pristine' on the receipt? Was this a ex display unit, or damaged in some way?
