seems good but 16hours to charge?
In store only or what?
Looks like I’m going back to Homebase not long collected my gardens tools and keter box, this site costs me money lol
Oh god. Please don't say the random Homebase deals are going to start again. Item on sale in one store but full price at another down to "Managers discretion". I hope not.

Charge it over night, still a reasonable price I guess..
Battery has 6m warranty, and only £100 for a replacement.
Any views which is better for light/quick use on wooden floors, this one or the 2 in 1 Vax in the other post for the same money from Homebase?
Don’t go without calling them first even if online shows in stock. Went Orpington store as it was showing 7 in stock. There are none
Just worth a note. I just picked this up in Bristol store. Was marked at full price on shelf but went through at £30 at checkout

It's still showing 7 in stock for Orpington. How strange
I purchased this for £70. It isnt worth £30, my advice, dont buy. It doesnt pick much dirt up.
The one I just picked up from Bath was clearly a repack. No internal packaging, plenty of scratches all over it. I'll be returning it for a refund tomorrow and hopefully the one I've had put by in Longwell Green will be new/unused. Surely it's worth £30; that's Dustbuster money?

Agree. It is better than nothing, however, youll be looking to purchase an alternative very soon after. That is my experience anyway.

To save you some time mate - I bought a brand new, sealed box (had a choice of 2 boxes when I bought). It was still scratched (the main unit and base unit) These were sealed in bags. So maybe they just are like this.
Marvelous. Opted corded dirt devil for £20 from Swindon orbital, but they had one of these too.

I broke the current Vax, so happy Christmas Mrs batch
Just bought for £25 using the 15% off voucher which they couldn’t get to scan so they just took £5 off. Used it quickly at home and it seems great for the price. It’s to replace a small handheld vacuum in addition to our main vacuum and it’ll do it well I’m sure. Thanks OP
These are a discontinued line. My local store informed me and also stated they had no indication of restocking them from any other stores that had them so it's pot luck I'm afraid to whether you're lucky to grab a bargain.
