Thanks for the info. I agree if you can you should buy separate machines but this is incredibly good value for the spec excusing the quality perhaps.
We have whirlpool washer and dryer which is going on strong. It has failed once and that was a circuit board going faulty. As it came with the flat (5 years warranty) therefore circuit board was replaced without any quibble.

Its hard to belive that they should be less reliable.
Unsure why ppl voting cold, when the actual deal is on a Combi washer/dryer, not on the discussion of having them separate or not.
Ugh just spent over £100 more than this for a washer dryer that was smaller than this and pretty sure it only came with 1 year!

Because its Hoover. Their products are more likely to cause a fire than the industry standard. And Washer and dryers make up over 35% of all appliance fires. There are more reliable and better made products.

Hoover have 8 % of the Washer drying market and are directly linked to 12% of fires in washing machines that were linked to faulty appliances and leads, and where the brand was recorded, over the same period

Hoover and Whirlpool (which owns both the Hotpoint and Indesit brands) are the bulk of the cuplrits for the most dangerous appliances. Their products are built to a very low budget yet until they are on "offer", compete price wise with much better made, safer products.

Hoover are cheap for 1 reason. The tip is full of them and i will not repeat this 100s of times in each deal. My story is long and back then (2years) i didn't listen to people too.
Hoover - no thanks!
This will be scrap in no time, waste of money, false economy, Combined washer/dryers are unreliable and not very good or economical anyway but topple that with the fact it's an Hoover and it's almost a guarantee that it'll be scrap. Not very environmentally friendly. Save the planet, buy a decent brand.
I was looking at a decent spec LG however it's over £600. I'm in two minds now!
I'm really tempted by the idea of a washer dryer. I don't have room for both (unless I got rid of the dishwasher, but nah!). I'd use the dryer function once in a blue moon, when I needed school uniform dry in a hurry. Is it worth it?
typical! Like loads of other companies they don't deliver to Northern Ireland! GGrrrr Good find tho! Pretty good space saver!
cant go wrong with john lewis free delivery and extended guarantee and super company to deal with if you ever have a problem
I would consider buying a separate Washer and a tumble dryer, washer dryer is less reliable regardless of Make and model, I have repaired soo many Washer Dryer since I started my Whitegoods career. Hope this helps
These are terrible. Worst machine we have ever had. Luckily we took out extra cover!
AO price matched as after adding to basket wasn’t available in my area. They then said there was another £50.00 off so got one for £239.00 with n3xt day delivery.
Only one year guarantee though....
