I’m literally sat right outside Manchester town hall enjoying a beer and I saw it drive past with 2 people on it. No wonder there doing this deal. To be fair if I wasn’t holiday shopping I might of jumped on for a laugh
We used to have a sightseeing bus in Leeds, it was withdrawn due to low passenger usage.
