Im not into 3rd party controllers but this actually looks very good
Saw this in Sainsbury's for 21.99 but I know Sainsbury's are pure luck with their stock and your store. I bought this controller and am really liking it.
I'm getting together a switch and stuff for my son for Christmas. Does he need one of these? The official Ines are crazy pricey!

Whatever happened to giving kids an apple and an orange for Christmas and them being ever so grateful for it too?
If you wanna play two player games like minecraft on the TV then it is a cheap alternative.

Does anyone know if this will work on PC too?

You must be old, real old, I mean I'm old but even when I was a child (1950’s) kids were spoiled brats especially at Christmas, you must be wartime old

Not that old but when I was a kid/youth anything real extravagant I wanted had to be earned from my parents or robbed by me and I came from a comfortable enough background.

And I am deadly serious when I say there's far too many people skint themselves by getting their kids gear they clearly can't afford nowadays
No a great pick. That dpad can be stuck back on. Other than that, looks good

These days we have more money than we know what to do with, its easy enough to get a job that pays more than you require to pay bills, mortgage, holidays and the pub fund. May aswell spend it on your kids as you cant take it with you when you are dead.

Perhaps that's why my first wee place was bought off the council at full discount for cash years ago rather than doing the mortgage thing and then I also used money that came my way to buy a second place cash too

So my two brats know there's definitely a property each coming their way when I kick the bucket and there's no danger of either of those properties ever getting repossessed due to me strapping myself up with debt I couldn't handle.

I'm know there's plenty of folk out there who'd rather spend their dough on paying extortionate interest rates to catalogue firms and credit card lenders to make Christmas and birthdays 'special' but I got a hunch my lads will judge my money management was wiser when the time comes

Definitely not essential but slightly more comfortable than the joycons for longer gaming sessions. Also might be handy if he has a mate round for 2 player Fifa, Mario Kart or what have you. Go for it if you can afford it, but not vital.

While we're at it, don't bother getting the joycon charging grip. The joycons last upwards of 20 hours so if you just put the controllers back on the tablet in the dock when not being used then you're fine!

An extra pair of joycons have the advantage of allowing for four player gaming. Other than that, the only reason to get extra joycons would be for two-player ARMS. If you're not buying for either of those purposes, this will do just fine.
Just purchased a switch pro controller and it makes noises when using the analog sticks (like its sticking), sending it back. Does the Horipad do this aswell?
