Is this national?

Really? Is this what this site has come to, people posting end of day mark downs as deals?

Goes down to 10p at my teco

sort of. they always reduce it, if it hasn't sold. but prices will vary from store to store

I would pop along but where the hell is hallgreen

Store specific

Reduced hot chicken? Cold!

Great find now all we need is a time machine so we can go back to when the store was open today

An offer posted after Tesco's in England close on Sundays @4pm hence the amazing price reduction.

As they say,'things can only get better'

All stores reduce to clear at end of day if there's any left

Banned

the always reduce stuff like this to pennies after 3pm on a sunday.

cold

Hot .....enjoy your chicken antypam

It's a fight... so go well padded

I hope the post was a wind up

I had a Sainsbury chicken korma in the Swansea deli this afternoon for 50p down from £3.00. OK, they are closing the deli down for a week whilst they refurbish it and it was Sunday afternoon... but, hey, you could have been there and got it... There was only one btw.

Too much Port today. X)

this looked like whole chicken for 70p grrrrrr cold

Are you even joking! Have you just landed on the planet?!?

no problem pay £4.50 instead then, obviously you have got to time it right in store to get them at this price, but nice for someone to take the time to post it in the first place dont you think

Random reductions are available in most supermarkets. But if you're that interested I'll post next time bread is down to 5p in my local. On second thoughts I won't! And, in answer to your point that it was nice of them to post, perhaps it was but really it was a bit pointless.

if you cannot see the difference between that and bread then best to post nothing

Ok, rib eye, pizzas, venison, cheese, serrano ham etc. All of which I've seen lately in local reduced to clear. But really, random products in random supermarket's are in my opinion not worth posting.

Read the post, 70p was possibly for chicken thighs. Anyway, if you had the bread you could make a nice chicken sandwich!
May I ask why you are getting so irate? As the deal has gone so cold maybe most think it's not a deal.

How could anyone go to their local store to pick up this deal, when the deal was posted after the store had shut?! So it's a post for a "deal" that no one could possibly get, hence totally pointless.

Job seekers allowance £73.10 per week in Northern Ireland. If folk on J.S.A. get told of a deal on protein thighs, they would jump at it.

Yeah right, all unemployed people jump on that boat, aeroplane, train and head to Hall Green near Birmingham for 70p chicken!

3pm on Sundays only. Only 3 available.

Here's a tip, if you're on J.S.A. or whatever. Wander down to your local supermarket and suss out when they start reducing (it varies) then you will be able to eke out your allowance. This is a genuine (obvious!) tip.
PS. Don't bother posting your deals or you'll end up with too much competition!!

Or get a job like the rest of us and live it up on foi gras and Prosecco
