This is a really good deal for this set.

We finally opened ours last weekend and it is absolutely amazing - in a nutshell its a build a circuit board toy where the very solid metal pieces snap together, so very different from the home electronics kits with fiddly wires I had as a boy in the 80's.

The instructions are straightforward to follow so don't need parental supervision, but this is a really good thing to do with your kids for a rainy day's fun.

I recommend you get some extra fuses off ebay as well. I have ordered 7.5A 20mm ones - 10 for a quid delivered.

just wondering if its worth buying now this close to black friday!
Was going to buy a gravitrax set instead but this seems better for a 6.5 year old?
It's a good set for 6+. We only got half way through the booklet as a lot of the builds are similar.
Thanks for posting this - just ordered. Had been looking at similar things around £30 for nephew's Christmas and this is a step up from those.
