Fortunately been lucky, no spam here
Just go down to the supermarkets -they're clearing all the ordinary choc's for pennies....
These taste lovely - better than other "premium" chocs I have tried, so 50% off is a real bonus.

Same here, felt like an endless stream of catalogues, tasting club, offers. What made it worse was any family addresses I'd sent gifts you got them as well! Took a few emails to get them to stop (it takes 6 weeks to be properly removed from their mail list apparently).

As far their chocolates go I used too like them but it feels like the quality has gone down recently (could be my taste buds).

Agreed on all counts. The chocolate I was last purchased (a big slab, with fancy toppings) tasted weird, almost waxy.

Maybe they've hit their zenith, and are going the route of Thorntons by reducing quality by using cheaper ingredients to up their profit margins. Disappointing.
