The offer is available Sunday to Friday until January 31st 2023, at all Oakman Group Hotels.
Payment of £129 is made at the time of booking a hotel room.
Your restaurant tab starts from the point of check-in, 3pm onwards on the day of arrival.
Any additional spend over £129 on food and drink, you will be required to pay the difference.
If you do not spend your full allocation of £129, you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference.
Breakfast is at an additional cost and cannot be included within your £129 spend.
Breakfast cannot be part of the £129? Poor. Not voted either way.

To be fair, it's £129 and a free hotel room so not having breakfast included isn't "poor". Just take a £1 pack of croissants or order a pizza for breakfast
What a weird way to do things. Must be some kind of tax loophole. 10 bottles of your cheapest wine please. Send them to my room, I'm not social.
Not really weird. Just checked a random date (Thurs 12th Jan at The Globe) Room only is £85 (overpriced as they also do a deal incl a bottle of fizz and breakfast for 2 for £79.70) So at £129 for food and drink they are probably making enough profit to cover a room that would probably be empty in January. Also the £129 credit has to be spent between 15:00 - 23:00 so they will hope you buy breakfast and spend more than £129 on food and drink. (edited)
Can a single person go and eat\drink £129 worth on their own???
(not a rhetorical question)

Yes, the £129 is a tab and can be used however you like (breakfast aside).
If you were planning a trip and this deal changes how you do that, then great. Otherwise, it's £129, you didn't need to spend on not a lot.

As explained in line 1 of the deal.
Is there a map of locations?
Author
No idea, sorry.
I work for the oakman group wonder if I can get my 30% discount on this
Author
That would be nice.. but wouldn't you also get 30% off your tab too :/
The map is locations of the restaurants not the hotels
Good find, only prob is I’m not sure I would spend £129 to stay a night in Birmingham
