Has anyone had trouble with TCB paying out on this? It's been 'confirmed' for months.

Just phoned up and there was no issue - they have refunded the second charge immeadiately
Never phoned yet as the transaction didn't change from Pending to actual until Christmas eve and have been on holidays. The chocolates have not yet arrived - will be emailing them at lunchtime about it.
How did you get on, have just noticed an extra £20.95 charge on my credit card. Think we should let others know.
