Needed a 55cm fridge freezer to fit in our first homes kitchen, this looked a great deal and the fact it fits in a small space is perfect.

Seen in store. Colour is off grey/ almost greeny and not for me. Otherwise, good deal.

Water dispensers in these are a load of rubbish, start leaking after a while. I'd go for the one without the dispenser. I owned an appliance store and this was a common fault.

Hmmmmmmmmm ......... ironically I HAVE always wondered bout all that?.
Thabx for that useful bit of clarification. :-)

Have had an LG fridge freezer for around 4 years now with a water dispenser. Never had any issues with leaks so far. Would really miss the feature if we no longer had it. Only drawback is the space it occupies in the door.

its too skinny

600 quid !!

I was tempted but the colour is too cheap looking for me personally and when I checked you would struggle to put s 4pint milk in the door due to the water tank being in the way

No idea what this fad is about water dispensers these days.

I'd far rather have a Brita jug in the fridge that I know I can fully take apart and wash thoroughly and hygenically myself.

Doh.

Hit "like" instead of reply.

Anyway. It's not too skinny if you only have a narrow space to put it in. As I do. This is tempting, my current fridge is getting on a bit.

Someone mentioned the water dispenser being dodgy? Presume you can just not plumb it in and the issue goes away? I know a friend who has water/ice dispensers in his fridge and he's had a couple of leaks from that as well ....

It's a box on the door you fill with water from a jug.......... what has that got to do with main pipes!
buckfast67uk is right is easier to just put the jug in the fridge.

Not sure how the Brita jugs are but the water dispensing jug has been a good for us as it means our child could just grab a glass and get a drink of cool water without having to mess around with jugs in the fridge.

Oh. It's not a plumbed in water feed?

Most of the ones I've run into take a mains feed. I wouldn't use a box in the door ....

Whats the freezer like .. Are they deep drawers ?
