Had this for a few weeks now, it's big! Can be a bit noisy at times.

If you go instore you should be able to arrange free delivery.

Had one of these for a couple of years before it developed a common fault with ice building up in the freezer and the fridge then getting warm. It was fantastic while it lasted but I would not recommend a hotpoint, their customer services is shocking as are their products...they just don't last. Do a quick Google of reviews and you'll see what I mean.

I have to agree. Had mine for just over 2 years, got the same fault last week. They at least £120 to fix. Staying away from Hotpoint!

i had a 'frost free' hotpoint fridge-freezer - one day it just wouldn't turn on - was just about to get an engineer out after a few days, but then found that a mass of ice had melted in those 3 days which i was able to get rid of - it then started working again. Basically it's a known fault that the 'frost free' element actually ices up over time - the fix is to simply turn it off every few years and let it defrost naturally

I bought this last week to replace an integrated one, for the money I don't expect it to last for ever. I have had 2 integrated ones in 12 years at a cost of nearly £1,000. Had hotpoint washer that did me for 12 years. Its like anything, some go on for ever, some break quickly is the luck of the draw with any appliance these days so I now go for cheaper ranges as don't mind so much replacing as have found to my cost the expensive ones don't always last longer! Heat added as a great fridge freezer for the price with free delivery and collection of the old one.

Bought this fridge freezer two years ago. It was just out of warranty when it developed a fault and heated up! I contacted hotpoint who offered me a contract which cost over 100.00. An engineer was despatched and he fixed it with a hairdryer and insulation tape!. One month out of the expensive contract it has broken down again.
The local engineer won't touch it and says it is a seriously problematic model. Now I have to buy a new one. IT WON'T BE A HOTPOINT!!!!!!
