'anti-stain' isn't that the whole point of a washing machine ?

If we stopped buying and voting these things hot the company might start to make quality items and improve customer service. A once great brand ruined.

Dont fall for the cheap and long parts warranty they will get you to pay for a yearly warranty the first time you need to call them and claim as the labour side is so expensive. You will need to make use of the warranty but good news is you will have a new friend who will visit you quiet regularly.

Good luck.

Agreed. Lots of people out there know the price of everything and the value of nothing. Personally I have found that entry level LG washing machines hit the sweet spot in terms of robust build quality, vibration free fast spin, quietness, performance, longevity and reliability. For me they are the best compromise between the likes of Hotpoint, Indesit, Beko etc. which on average will last you about 6 years of daily use, or the likes of Siemens, Miele etc. which will last twice as long, but the machines tend be very expensive. LG generally will provide a well built, long lasting machine for a reasonable amount of dosh.
