Funnily enough I bought this fridge from John Lewis a couple of weeks ago.

Bear in mind that the picture on their website is incorrect (something I contacted Customer Services about but they haven't corrected). The freezer is actually only 3 drawers and looks like this:

Now jumping through the necessary hoops to get my cashback.

It's also worth pointing out that the cashback offer ends tomorrow.

Buyer beware its not so HotPoint.... and the 5 year warranty is for parts only i.e. there is a massive call out charge and you have to wait for weeks before your white goods are repaired.

Just have a google and read the reviews before buying

and its quite a big fridge.

Well I haven't actually got my cashback yet so I'll have to let you know.

My initial claim was rejected because my proof of purchase (a pdf copy of the order confirmation email) was not acceptable. I had to contact John Lewis for a copy of the receipt and I'm still waiting to see if that's good enough.

The item itself is fine, the fridge is indeed massive, and the freezer is big enough for my requirements as the drawers are pretty spacious. The fan is a little noisier than I had expected but only when the door is open really.

It is the full 2 meters high so I wouldn't recommend it for short people.
