sorted byDoor too big, it has a display (you only got a display on a few premium model hotpoints and it was a 2 digit red LED one as I recall), buttons too small, the knob is not mechanically driven.
I guess you mean it is boxy.
Of cause this modern one won't last as long, the plastic tub is almost certainly sealed so you can't change the bearings and they are not made in Britain anymore. (edited)
