Hmm sub £300 would be sweet! Is Hotpoint clear now? Because before they known to start fires. Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges you name it!

Toxic brand. If they find out this appliance catches fire they will cover it up for years.

Must say, that's a superb deal was looking for something exactly this size, but Currys and AO were asking for at least £150 more after their Black Friday discount. Thanks for posting this.

Regards.

Hotpoint have already identified the models that could have had a design fault that started the blaze. They have stated:-

"Hotpoint has urged owners of its fridge-freezers to check their model numbers for safety reasons after one was identified as the initial cause of the Grenfell Tower fire.

A spokesman said Hotpoint was working with the authorities after its FF175BP model was found to have started the devastating blaze last week. He urged consumers who believe they own that model or the FF175BG to contact the company on a freephone hotline or visit the website to register their details."
