This has to be the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on . It was the best £180 I EVER spent and WHICH magazine tested it and they made it their BEST BUY and compared it to mattresses considerably more expensive .
    is this store specific?

sorry sorry just reread the posters comments

Any good compared to simba? I keep getting stupid simba feeds in my fb feed!
    Not in Glasgow
Good price. I have one and it is very comfortable and seems well made. Keep the receipt as it comes with a 25 year guarantee. Shame its Croydon only.....
i have got one of this and thats super comfy but i dont think we can use the ikea mattress into other bed frames? right
Really bad mattress. Had two, one after another, couldn't get them to last longer than 14 months. They pitted, sagged and the firmness dissapeared.
I have this and this ikea.com/gb/…51/

    I recommend hyllestad
How do these compare to say Dream matress? I need one for my 10 year old, single size.

Pretty sure the ikea mattress can be purchased in European sizes.
Always check the bargain corners in Ikea. I went to buy OP's mattress 2 years ago and ended up walking out with the Hyllestad which is the next tier up that Ikea offer. Should have been £280 for the kingsize but I got it for £140 because the packaging was ripped. Not a single mark on it. I also believe Ikea mattresses come with a 25 year guarantee.

I also bought a RRP £800 frost free fridge freezer for £350 on the same day as well. Went in with the intention of buying a £200 mattress and walked out spending nearly £500 because the deals were too good to pass up.
We bought this after reading the Which review. Excellent value at this price. Extremely happy with it.

Ikea sells a whole array of sizes, Hovag for instance has both UK Single/Double/Kingsize as well the EU Single/Double/Kingsize.
It's a matter of checking the size of your mattress and see what they have available.

My bed is a EU Kingsize and I am now looking now to buy a new mattress (my old one is an Ikea Sultan that have seen better days), but I feel also very tempted to go for one of the "indie" mattresses like the Simba, Leesa, Otty or whatever but they are so expensive compared to the Ikea ones and the reviews are all a bit of hit and miss. And being EU Kingsize is painful because it's always more expensive than the UK sizes. LOL
