Have been this price for some time now and I think posted before. But a good reminder for people that don't trawl through old posts.

Thick size also avaialble.

Normally buy reduced bread for the freezer but this is is the better option

Accordingt to a user on the Martin Lewis site who claims to be an employee of FarmFoods, as long as an item in store says '2 for £1' then they can be mixed and matched.

So if it's 2 for a £1 on Hovis and pints of milk, £1 wil get you one of each. If true then very handy.

PS.

bargain! do they do anything else cheap? their nearest shop is about 5 mile trip for me

It's been this price for months!

Correct on the 2 for £1, there's loads of other stuff on this instore, but the milk isn't, it's 2 for £1.50.
I've been buying my bread & milk on these offers since january, saves me £5 a week compared to tesco/morrisons where I normally shop.
Comparing the price of bread & milk may seem petty to some, but I've saved about £75 so far this year, if they keep the offer on for the rest of the year it'll be £250, & the shop isn't out of my way.

woooow who would ever think that switching where you buy certain things can save you enough money to pay for a holiday etc. I've started to do the same with meat aswell, it isn't petty at all, it's being SMART!

If you are going to go... try and pick up a brochure from the store as it has lots of coupons on the back - these are mostly £2.50 off a £25 spend, or £5 of a £50 spend - not ideal if your just going for the hovis.... unless you feel like buying 50 and freezing them!!!

sugar is 75p. dairy milk ice lollys or cream egg ice lollys are £1 for a box of 3, cans; cherry vimto, 7 up 4 for a pound. coke and diet coke 5.99 for 24, 1 litre fresh orange 2 for a pound, birds eye veg cheap but cant remember how much, lots more but like anywhere u have to be savvy in what you buy,
