Similar deal posted a few weeks back reached 322 degrees. Here - hotukdeals.com/dea…252 Which is more expensive, albeit with a free spray gun! Have i missed something ?

Thanks for the feedback guv, i was more intrigued to know as to why people are voting cold, as it is clearly an excellent price for this particular product. Each to their own i suppose

Heat from me I have had one of these for years and I am still impressed with it:)

I got mine from Homebase for £25 a few months ago - not sure if RRP is realistic.

I also find that mine gets incredibly tangled whenever I wind it back up.... or am I just doing something stupid?

Don't look for logic. I think some here get a wee kick from voting cold regardless of the deal.

Ordered - Thanks OP! Another xmas present, done

hehehe, read some of the reviews on Amazon... "...ooooh, it was difficult wind back in"

i've got one of these, i found it helps to leave the supply tap on when winding back and the hose does need to be guided with the grey knob so that it layers ok on the reel. great price, hot

Be carefull leaving a hose full of water without at least one end open and don't leave sprays connected

Summer it can warm and blow seals, worse in the winter if it freezes it can crack the plastics

Having owned numerous hoses over the years including a few Hozelocks, I found this model the worst to wind back in, especially when drained. Still managed it without real concern and is a bargain at this price, but I think an elderly woman may struggle a bit with it.

Very good price, but do I need one....

Just taken delivery of mine, looks like a very good quality bit of kit. Happy days

rrp of £71 is a joke, these are £29.99 normally, i paid £29.99 in Homebase for mine, good price at Amazon for a delivered price but not the huge saving they are making out

Agreed that the rrp is a bit steep, but you won't find it cheaper than this anywhere!:)

In my experience, as long as you help guide it along when winding it back in, you'll have few issues. Whilst I'm winding, I slowly guide the hosepipe to the left then back to the right as I'm winding it back on. It does not find its own way home; it gets tangled as you've found out.
