Not the most exciting of Hot Deals but might be useful to somebody! I got mine delivered today and think it is a real bargain considering the three extra attachments you get which retail for approx £10 each. All the necessary tap fittings are also included.

It's a bit hard to find on the website but if you search for "hozelock hose reel" it comes up as the third item along, reduced from £39.99.

Specification at a glance:

* Length of Hosepipe - 30m.
* Maximum Capacity of Reel - 60m of 12.5mm hose.
* Diameter of Hosepipe - 12.5mm.
* Fittings Included -
+ '3/4" BSP Female Thread Connector' to connect to your garden tap;
+ a 'Hose End Connector' to connect the Female Thread Connector to a length of hosepipe that leads to a built in connector in the reel;
+ a 'Waterstop Connector' to attach the main hosepipe to the Hose Nozzle; and
+ a 'Hoze Nozzle' that allows you to water your garden with a fine mist or powerful jet.

* Accessories included:
+ Dial Sprinkler.
+ Spray Gun with Rose.
+ Car Care Brush.
+ 10 x shampoo cartridges

Not a bad price but has been this for at least two years now judging by the several previous posts there have on the subject. Not knocking the deal but you do have to wonder where the reduced price comes from!

good find heat added

Good Price. Probably cost this much just for the attachments alone so its Hot from me.

Cheers, had never seen this site before and I need a reel so will have a look on here!

Great deal, I paid £20 just for the reel alone in B&Q recently.

thanks for posting , this is just what i was looking for,

Heat Added + Rep

Great deal, the hose on it's own worth the money. Head added:w00t:

Excellent - I was wanting to get something like this, but everywhere else seemed expensive, so thank you.

The reel itself is ]£30 at Argos!

Has anyone here actually bought this and can confirm that it's build quality is decent?

It's Hozelock which are a reputable brand, so the build is great. I've had hoses which are 5yr+ old that still work perfectly fine.

Hot deal!

Is the hose any good? Just want to check it's not one of those cheap thin ones that kinks all the time?
Cheers

Yes, the hose is good

either expired or could not add to basket in first place

Got this last time round in the winter. Really good build, accessory pack is great and the car brush thrown in is brill.
Bit of a pain in the butt when winding it back up though, could do with being wall mounted, but ive lived with it for that price lol.

Yep, sure is. Just spoke to someone at customer services, because when you click on the item it doesn't add to the basket.

The woman I spoke to told me it went out of stock this morning, her exact words were "the deal must've gone up on UKHotDeals because we had hundreds of orders overnight!" :thumbsup:

Gutted - and they're not getting any more in this season anyway ...

This particular deal may be expired, but if you look at the hoses section on the website there are a number of other hose and real options still at £19.99. Worth having a look.

horrible to reel it back on Grrrrr

Mine arrived yesterday. Great service as it was only ordered Friday!

It was a pain to wind the hose on. I laid it out around the house and would it on slowly, which seemed to work - it needed quite a bit of space though!
