Make sure you check that the spring inlet is included. It was missing in mine and I had to contact hozelock direct as Homebase we’re out of stock of the item by then.

Must say the customer service at hozelock response was very blasé “no spring, we’ll send another.”

No sorry whatsoever.

Call to check if it’s actually in store once it’s reserved. I reserved one last week and I got a call just before I’d left saying it was actually out of stock

I bought one last time they were on offer. Bit of a falafel to feed the pipe in the first time (it'll make sense when you get yours).

Very robust, kink free hose, thick hose.

I thought it included a wall stand but it has enough weight to it to operate well freestanding.

Best bit is how fast it reels out.

No, hose is 20m but reel can hold up to 30m in case you later decided to buy a longer hose.

Yeah hozelock will send the parts over as long you send a picture of the receipt via email. Quite concerning about the quality control they have in place.

This is getting frustrating!! 6th shop that calls me and says they don't have it in stock, and when I ordered they had 7. Wtf is wrong with their stock??
