Toolstation same price if you don’t have prime.

Thank you @RobynSellers added to the title with credit to you
I bought one from B and M for £7.99 last week for those who also don’t have free delivery.
Hot! I love Hozelock. So much more durable through the winter than cheaper types.

Ah. 30m is same price in Screwfix and JL said they’d honour. Thanks
Can someone tell me where should I put the 'aquastop' ending and where the normal one - thinking about putting a hose on the cart, so 4 connections altogether? Thanks!

Thanks, I needed one of these.
Ordered, thanks
Same day delivery. Excellent.
Just a work of caution - there are loads of comments on Amazon about this particular model splitting....

I was going to buy it last week, but went for the Karcher one on Amazon for 9.98 instead with better reviews.

That's already arrived and in use. Seems a good piece of kit as an alternative...
Any recommendations on a spray gun that can be extended to reach hanging baskets?

I have been using aquastop (purchased separately) on both ends of my hose with no issues.

If you only have one, then putting it on the spray gun end would make sense.
Thanks for the links.

if anyone is looking at the bottom photo/link in the title for £39.34 from Amazon, it is actually £36 at Argos...

Impossible to take a part, I dropped it once now water pees out of it. I'd pay a little more for a metal bodied one that can be took apart.
Cheers - needed a spray gun

This happened to mine. I think its due to leaving it outside during the winter. Cracks in the cold.
Keep it in a shed or something might make it last longer.

I replaced it with one from Poundland which is going strong and works just as well.

Would be no benefit putting it on the other end
Hozelock are crap. Bought a top of the range alloy one of these. Leaked from the handle. Replacement did the same. Now it ceased up and had to be binned.
i must say I personally find hozelock to be awesome. That wall mountable hosepipe reel is just the best. so handy

I totally agree an outdoor product that cannot survive a pathetic English winter is bad by design Every Hozelock product I ever bought failed in some unbelievable way

There's little point in putting the aquastop at the tap end as, when it's disconnected from the tap, there's no water flow to stop. Generally, aquastops are of use wherever you're disconnecting components on a regular basis at the other end eg swapping the spraygun for something else.
Good deal but rubbish product imho, gone through 2-3 Hozelock spray guns and they all eventually leak (not from the seal). I saw my builder using this heavy duty spray gun from Toolstation that costs £4.50. I bought it too, so far I've had it a couple of years now without a single issue. Not like for like but will fit most needs I think.
