sorted byGot one for my son, well, the Lenovo I've mentioned in my previous comment. He does his school work on it, surfs the internet and play some basic games. He's in primary school but that's beside the point. It does the job for what my son needs. It is a very basic laptop and the price reflects this. Saying this, my son's laptop is 11 inch and is customer return/open box, paid £85 for the laptop. For a young child this is not useless but I will agree, a cheap Chromebook may be better for others. It is reasonable, especially for the price. The nain bode of contention is the old style 720p screen. (edited)
my girlfriend had this for some uni work. it was honestly shockingly slow, but then i put an ssd in it and upgraded the ram. it runs really well now for basic tasks
