Pretty good for web, office, light gaming and video editing. Imo it's a good deal.

edit: loads of space for files and dvd drive is a bonus. Not a big fan of Win 8 but it shouldn't put you off.

Good I hope because I bought one in Argos earlier!

Light office and web use only this imo, forget gaming beyond candy crush etc or very old 3d games at lower settings.

Iirc there's been similar machines around £200, and ivybridge i3's (last generation) crop up around £250 fairly often and blow this out the water.

HP suck. cold.

just ordered one. heat from me.

Cheers for this.. Been hunting around argos and just got one directly from HP for the same price !!

Will this laptop run MineCraft and Sims4?

Can you watch dvds on this?
