Will this be good for ps4 standard 1080p with no input lag?
I recently bought the same, but the version with inbuilt speakers, for £100 in store at Currys from a previous post on here 2 weeks ago.
Bright crisp display, hooked up to an old lower res Asus laptop via hdmi.
Monitor looks smart, unobtrusive bezels, and very tidy rear view (good for our particular home-office setup).
Got exactly the same monitor. Paid £119 but it’s blimming lovely. Hmmm at that money, do I need a second one....
If you want a monitor that actually looks really classy/expensive and not just look like the run of the mill office type one, this was the nicest one I found for the money
Really great monitor. Got it from Currys at £100. It’s sad I paid £10 more and 1 year less warranty

It's 5ms you're better with a 1ms 60hz

Can you remove the stand and mount using standard monitor mount fittings?
Online reviews state refresh rate of 75hz

Would this be good for working from home? Microsoft office applications mainly.

Or would the 25inch ultrawide LG be a better option (link below)

Yeah I use it and it's fine. The colours are great and no noticeable input lag playing a fast paced game like apex legends. Honestly the whole response time thing is kinda bs. 1 vs 5ms is literally the blink of an eye
Finally, good looking and with HDMI

It doesn't look like you can.
it is possible to rotate this monitor so it's vertical? thanks

Pick up the acer nitro listed on here at 109 from box. Cracking monitor with gaming on both xbox and ps4

Doesn't look like it. They normally tell you the VESA mount compatability but instead say "freestanding"
When was this at 89.95??

I used this for working from home yesterday and it's great, can't fault it for performance and looks great too.
Has this one risen in price?

No - there isn’t a vesa mount
No VESA no likey
I use this but mine monitor model has built in speakers except that every thing is same. It's great monitor at decent price. Not even single fault for such a decent monitor at very good price. Even price without any discount is totally justified

I'd recommend ultra wide as you can open two documents to work on. Virtually two monitors.
Is resolution adequate?

VESA seems to be getting harder to get. Do the manus reserve it for their more expensive monitors ?

I got a 27’ curved Samsung.
Only HD, not 4K.
Only 60hz and a 5ms refresh rate.

It’s the best quality screen I’ve ever played on.
Using Fortnite as an example, everything is so much clearer, brighter and crisper.
Got for it!
How high from the desk (between the desk and the lower edge of the monitor) does the stand it comes with allow you to raise the panel?

I ask because if there is no VESA option, I need the monitor to be higher than my laptop screen so that I can have it fully in view above my laptop when it is below it.

Awesome there is a similar deal but a 24 inch curve samasung for 140 i think, might go for that, considering its curved doesnt thag make the image stretched alittle or out of res ? Thank you

Not at all, the picture is still great and you genuinely don’t notice that it’s curved when you’re immersed in the game.
I’d recommend it
£89.10 from hp website for students, blue light, DDS plus 8% Quidco .
Similar one with speakers also same price.
I have this monitor and it’s brilliant for connecting my PC and I also connected the PS4, the image displayed is crisp.

Very light monitor and gorgeous design.

Not VESA mount compatible
Got this last night with the built-in speakers from Currys for £79.99 (using a £20 voucher I had) great screen, no issues.

Maybe a stand like this would help

These are unfortunately too large for the space on the compact desk. Theyre great if you have the space but Im looking for zero clutter so either VESA mount or one with a stand that rises high enough above the laptop level.
Does this version have built in speakers?
