Pretty cheap for this model, even though it's not the i5/i7 version. Would be perfect for some simple web browsing or productivity tasks. This version comes with NO OS, hence the price, so you will need to install your OS of choice.

Guess this one comes down to whether you think the CPU is any good. It's just OK but sluggish with hard disk (depending what OS you use I suppose); If you're gonna put W10 on it I don't think it's worth it. Look for a decent refurb instead.
Good for media centre. These processors are very efficient and with the right drivers support h265 video. Very good for everyday use on browsing, YouTube etc. Also support 4k at 60hz if I remember correctly, however HDMI ports are not v2 so only outputs 1080p 60hz unfortunately.
