This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Best value i7 laptop on the market at the moment. It's built in a fairly clunky casing, more office than coffee shop and the screen is nothing special but for headline spec vs price this is a great deal.

Looks like the hp 255 G7 on Ebuyer, I'd return my current order for this but I assume it's got a Realtek WiFi adapter 1x1 which caused poor speed issues unless they've used an Intel one in this
Only a dual core CPU, an 8th gen i5 or Ryzen 5 is much better: cpubenchmark.net/com…123
What dual-core processor (with a bad screen) is going to be grabbing headlines at nearly £500?
My missus bought the HP Envy x360 from Laptops direct the other day - refurb but looks as good as new... Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM version. I'm a tad jealous... lol. I think she paid like £450... Bargain.

I would hold off for a bit.

How would these be for running Photoshop?

They should be fine unless you're a particularly heavy user, and they'll definitely all be better than the laptop in this deal.
Must be clearing old stock and thinking consumers are stupid enough to fall for ‘oh but it’s an i7’... 8th gen i5 of this same machine is cheaper and faster. Absolutely no reason to buy this unless you’re intending to brag that you’ve got an i7

How can you tell that it has a bad screen?

I can't. I was paraphrasing the OP.
