Scan are selling HP blu ray players from their today only page for only £47.99. I have personally bought one and they are amazing considering the price and will work up to 1080p resolution. They will not play 3D blu rays but that is to be expected considering the rock bottom price. They are only offering 1 player per customer though.

Free next day delivery is also available for life from scan if you create an account on hexus.net, post just 20 posts and follow the guide on hexus to link your scan and hexus accounts.

Why do the prices in Scan's Today Only list never appear when you click on the product to find out more? When I do this the price becomes £71.99 including VAT.

Add it to the basket direct from today only page. Pretty simple. Bit unfair to vote cold for your own mistake.

edited the description to remind everyone that you need to select buy on the today only page. However it does highlight that it is over £20 off

Thanks, I'd give this a try, were it my cuppa. As it happens some (more interesting) items are cheaper when you click on it them to view details before buying.

You can't get this for £47.99 because you have to pay delivery costs of £7.99 on top plus £1.60 VAT on the £7.99 delivery charge making it £57.58

Try reading the OP.

Late night last night, only just woke up. Was yet to clear the sleepy dust from my eyes when I commented. I am such a HUKD addict, on here in the mornings before my brain has engaged.

I think the Sony BDP-s370 for £15 more is a much better purchase (from willen trading)

Hexus is well moderated, so your posts need to be constructive

Believe it is a re-badged Liteon product.
Unclear who would supply firmware updates, assuming either LO or HP continue supporting the product.

Other forum posts suggests MP3 may not be fully or partially supported:
