HP Instant Ink
Printer ink can get quite pricey if you regularly use your printer. As well as coming equipped with a full set of ink to get you started, the HP DeskJet 2620 comes with a free trial to HP Instant Ink. Select from three plans and only pay for the quantity of pages you print. Your printer notifies HP when your ink is running low so you can receive more before current cartridge runs out, keeping you topped up no matter what you're printing.

Print from your smartphone
Download the HP Smart app on either your Android or iOS device to enjoy wireless printing and scanning from your phone or tablet. With this handy app, you can use your smart device's camera as a scanner manage your printer, order more printer ink and much more.

All-in-One
Your Deskjet 2620 isn't just a printer. It's a space and time-saving device that lets you swiftly scan, make copies and print documents to a high standard every time. Deigned to work straight out of the box, you can connect up using the high speed USB 2.0 connection or automatically connect to your wireless network to minimise wire usage. Create captivating photos, vivid flyers and professional documents with ease.

I can confirm that if you do not print more than 15 pages per month there is no charge.I bought it for£24.99 which was cheaper than replacement cartridges for my Epson. I registered for the free ink .( you can choose a lot more pages per month for varying charges) 1 week later 2 full size cartridges arrived , they are still in the box waiting for the ones that come with the printer to be used up.You have to leave the printer on standby and connected to Wi-fi so that HP will know how many pages you print( they need know if there is to be a charge and they need to know if you need more ink sending) Install the app and you can see how many pages you have printed ( 0/25 ...1/15...2/15 ..etc) I printed 5 pages the first month and the following month I changed to Fibre Broadband and took a while to set it up again, I had already printed 13 pages but with the free call to HP help I did it and was given an extra free 15 pages in order to test the re-set had worked..New month has started and it is showing 0/15 again....rollover pages ( which are charged at £1 for 10 per month ) is showing ‘zero’ .I had no trouble setting up initially to my iPad and my MacBook Pro but with the new router it was troublesome for my MacBook, I was advised to call BT and ask them to split ‘ something or other’ which they did.Printer worked instantly.I doubt I will ever print more than 15 pages per month , this gives me free printing for as long as the printer lasts......hth.
I use the free instant ink which is actually really good. On sign up you select the free plan. Gives you 15 pages a month. Any additional pages you pay for.

They don't supply full size carts. You're better off with the instant ink offers where you don't pay for ink for some time. Then it's worth buying a new one or if it dies (which it might) registering the replacement on a new account.
They are also selling the world’s smallest all in one printer for £39.99 not sure how good it is. I just got the HP envy 5200? on another Currys deal, it was hard to decide.

Actually I got the code wrong it’s the HP 5020. It’s good big it bulky and takes up a lot of space because the paper tray is underneath it not from the top. But it does automatic double sided printing.

I am specifically looking at the 5020 because the paper stores in a tray. It's neater. Automatic double sided printing is also great.

It can hold upto 100 sheets I think? And does edge to edge printing.

You can't add a code to an existing account can you?

No... the referral code has to be assigned when you first create your instant ink (HP Connected) account

Does this mean if you print less than 15 pages / month you don't pay anything for cartridges ever?
Good price

Yup. Obviously you'll use less ink so guess it works for both parties. Your ink will last longer and they have to send you less ink carts

I have this printer.... its fantastic for my needs.
I only print maybe 5 pages a month and hated that my older printer took up so much space. This one works just as good in my opinion

I’ve had a 5020 for about a year now. Have been pleased with it. Easy to install. Doesn’t keep jamming paper like my canon used to. I tried to print some photos once and wasn’t over impressed with the quality but check that out elsewhere. It’s probably me got the settings wrong I’m not very tech minded.
Overall I prefer the hp to the canon that I had paid a lot more money for.
Can someone please confirm if we get 15 free prints every month plan with this printer? Thanks
I have this, as I only print few pages a month so works out for me, if u print any more , it's pound for ten, WiFi printing can be hit and miss but it gets there in end if you turn on and off, Great for me, as I didn't print much so cartridge dried up wasting them
Can I print normal photos on photo paper using this printer? Thanks
I reserved model 2622 yesterday from argos for £24.99, but model no 2620 £5 less from currys is better 👌I think both are the same spec ) so I reserved 1 from currys now. THANKS 🤟

Bought this printer from currys just last week? Will they return the difference? I know £4 but just for future info
Thanks
Does anyone know if the 15 prints carry forward to the following month if you don't use them ie. 30 prints the following month? HP website doesn't mention roll overs for the free plan so assume not. Can anyone confirm? Thanks

Just buy a new one and return the new one with the old receipt. Works at most retailers. Some fashion shops it won’t work in because the barcode is unique. Next for example you can’t do this.

Arnt they doing a black Friday promise that if it reduces they will refund. Was that from last week?
Love mine - only got it to print kids homework so we are on the 15 print free plan
I've got this printer and its very good but i cant believe how cheap printers are nowi remember paying over £100 for an all in one not that many years ago
codes for 2 extra months on top of your free months can be had from eBay .get it before you sign up
I've got a printer on Instant Ink and I pay the extra £1.99 a month to get a total of 50 pages. Beauty of this is that unused pages do rollover (to a limit). Works great for me, no more buying dodgy refilled carts on ebay which often don't work. New cartridges are despatched well in advance of the old ones running out.
